Make sure PGP Whole Disk Encryption for Windows and Roxio Easy Media Creator or Roxio Easy CD Creator (or other software that can create a CD from an ISO image) are installed on your system. And made a Recovery disc and made the necessary backup. But for Xp it requires Symantec™ System Recovery 2013. Can anyone redirect.

try this with updated serial. we have upgraded over the years and somehow mysymantec only listed older version serial. hence, prohibiting the list for the version I want.
